The chances of a middle class worker meeting a prince and ends up marrying him may be low, but never zero.

Meet Sofia Hellqvist, a former waitress, who is now a happy wife to Sweden’s Prince Carl Philip and a mother to their five children.

Now known as HRH Princess Sofia, Duchess of Värmland, Hellqvist has such an adventurous background before meeting Prince Carl.

Swedish version of a reality show called “Paradise Hotel,” which stuffs a group of singles in a luxury hotel resort and films what happens.

She also posed for a men’s magazine Slitz, topless with a boa constructor draped around her neck, and was later on was voted as “Miss Slitz” in 2004.

The couple were very limited about their love story, but the only clear thing is they met at presidential suite of the Hotel Minsk, where the 19 year old Hellqvist was working as a waitress.

“The story is true,” Pavel Novakovsky, the hotel’s marketing manager said. “The Sheikh was initially booked in for one week. He arrived from Italy by car. He’s been staying in the presidential suite.

“I’m still not sure how the sheikh and Natasha managed to meet,” he said. “The sheikh spends most of the time in his room. He prays five times a day. He has four cooks who prepare his food. They make it in the restaurant but then bring it upstairs. The only person who would normally enter his room is the maid.”

They were married in 2015, in the Royal Chapel that’s attached to the palace, which is located in Stockholm.

Derek Ramsey, a Kapuso actor, severed his friendship with John Estrada.

Derek stated in a new interview with talent manager and actor Ogie Diaz that John is not his enemy, but neither is he his buddy.

“Hindi ko siya kaaway. Hindi ko siya kaibigan. He’s no longer a friend of mine. I just don’t want to associate myself with John,” he said.

Derek claimed that Ellen faced numerous challenges when filming her sitcom “John En Ellen” with John.

“Naramdaman niya ‘yung galit ko. I think na-understand naman ni John kung saan ako nanggaling… Marami nangyari kay Ellen sa show na iyan. But, ibigay ko kay John. He was apologetic sa mga bagay na nangyari. Pero, there were certain things na ‘di ko na puwede tanggapin,” he said.

“For me, you go on with your life, I’ll go on with my life. I wish you well, Bro,” he added.

In Ogie’s interview, Derek said that he didn’t want to jump into the issue but he said the people involved keeps on dragging him with it.

He said he was not biased in his defense of Ellen because he witnessed the production’s willingness to give 12 then cut-offs to the fiancée on June 25.

It was in exchange for Ellen’s willingness to work overtime — beyond the 12-hour working hours rule on taping — on June 24.

So when its scene ended around 1:30 p.m. on June 25, the actress decided to go home with Derek.

Derek said he couldn’t understand why even Ellen’s aloneness in the room became an issue. Ellen will only come out again when there is a scene.

“People should understand that we are in a pandemic.

“And you should also respect her wishes na pagkatapos ng eksena, rather than makipagtsikahan sa set, she wants to be safe and stay in her room.

“She doesn’t want to get sick kasi babalikan niya ang anak niya, babalikan niya ako, at babalikan niya ang magulang ko.”

Angel Locsin and Neil Arce really pushed through on getting married despite the strictest confinement due to COVID-19.

Angel announces her marriage to Neil Arce on August 7, 2021, the second day of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila.

The civil wedding, on the other hand, took place just a few weeks ago.

Because of this, Neil promised to give his bride her “dream wedding” because “di siya nag-prom, di siya nag-debut,”

Meanwhile Angel said that despite of Neil’s desire on giving her the most grandiose ceremony, revealed that she only wants her wedding to be happy and full of comfortability, especially with her chosen outfit.

That’s exactly what occurred.

The bride, dressed in a pair of black pants and white sneakers, exuded joy.

The groom, too, was dressed in black and white.

According to event planner La Belle Fête, the couple desired exactly these things: things simple, nothing pretentious, warm, welcoming, not too feminine, raw, and real.”

Angel’s first wedding post’s caption indicated her mood: “and just like that ❤️

Bukas na yung iba. Namimilipit pa ako sa kilig 😂❤️”

Her straight hair was devoid of any ornaments for her beauty look, and her barely-there make-up was just suitable for the tone of the occasion.

Randy Lazaro designed Angel’s bouquet, which included “white Hellebores, Astilbe, Bouvardia, Nigella, Italian Ruscus, and Eucalyptus mixed with Eucalyptus.”

Revealed Angel, even the photos that they posted on social media were just taken “sa parking lot sa may tabing bahay.”

But still, she was more than satisfied with the results because it the photos looked like they were taken outside of the country!
