We all have loved ones in the Philippines and it would be really nice to be able to send gifts to the Philippines every once in a while.

The business of padala is huge. Imagine every time you plan to go to the Philippines, you’re sure to be taking with you at least one or two packages from family and friends. For those who don’t travel back to the Philippines frequently enough, there are businesses in the US and overseas that arrange for door-to-door pick up and delivery. Many of these services are done by air or by cargo. This can be very convenient as you can send items to your loved ones whenever your box is filled and ready to go.

If you want to surprise your loved one with a thoughtful gesture such as sending flowers, sending a pizza pie, sending a food basket from a local store in the Philippines, there are many websites dedicated to just that sort of service. You can send flowers to someone in the Philippines, you can send gifts to the Philippines, you can send food to the Philippines anything you can think of, you can send to your loved ones in the Philippines. Many of these services are local (in the Philippines) in the cities such as Metro Manila or Cebu and others deliver to provincial areas.

For those special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, birthdays, Christening, weddings and so on, sending a gift to the Philippines from a local vendor is fast and easy.

San Miguel beer, is the most popular beer in the Philippines and in the top 10 beers of the world. Outside of going any market in the Philippines, you can find it online in a variety of online stores selling alcohol. Finding a case of San Miguel beer is usually pretty tough. In general you can only find it sold in six packs. It is also found usually in the Beers of the World pack sold year round, but featured more around the holidays. If you are lucky enough to live in an area with a Filipino market or even an Asian supermarket you might be able to find it in there depending on their stock.
